\u5b83\u5c6c\u65bc\u7f8e\u570b\u300c\u6c38\u4e45\u79fb\u6c11\u300d\u9ad4\u7cfb\uff0c\u8207\u5bb6\u5ead\u79fb\u6c11\u3001\u4eba\u9053\u79fb\u6c11\u548c\u591a\u5143\u5316\u79fb\u6c11\u9014\u5f91\u4e26\u5217\u3002.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5927\u591a\u6578\u4eba\u900f\u904e\u4e94\u7a2e\u300cEB\u300d\u512a\u5148\u985e\u5225\u63a5\u89f8\u5230\u57fa\u65bc\u5c31\u696d\u7684\u79fb\u6c11\uff1a&nbsp;<strong>EB-1\u3001EB-2\u3001EB-3\u3001EB-4 \u53ca EB-5<\/strong>. \u6bcf\u500b\u985e\u5225\u90fd\u6709\u5176\u81ea\u8eab\u7684\u7528\u9014\u3001\u8981\u6c42\u548c\u5e74\u5ea6\u9650\u984d\u3002\u9019\u4e9b\u9650\u984d\u2014\u2014\u4ee5\u53ca\u5404\u570b\u7684\u984d\u5916\u9650\u984d\u2014\u2014\u662f\u5c0e\u81f4\u4e0d\u540c\u4eba\u6240\u9700\u6642\u9593\u5dee\u7570\u5982\u6b64\u4e4b\u5927\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u539f\u56e0\u3002.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u672c\u6587\u662f\u4e00\u7bc7&nbsp;<strong>\u9069\u5408\u521d\u5b78\u8005\u7684\u6982\u8ff0<\/strong>. \u5b83\u89e3\u91cb\u4e86\u57fa\u672c\u7d50\u69cb\u3001\u4e3b\u8981\u985e\u5225\u3001\u95dc\u9375\u6a5f\u69cb\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u60a8\u53ef\u4ee5\u9075\u5faa\u7684\u6e05\u6670\u7684\u9010\u6b65\u8def\u5f91\uff0c\u4ee5\u4e86\u89e3\u6d41\u7a0b\u662f\u5982\u4f55\u904b\u4f5c\u7684\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"table-of-contents\">\u5728\u672c\u6587\u4e2d<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u300c\u4ee5\u5c31\u696d\u70ba\u57fa\u790e\u7684\u79fb\u6c11\u300d\u662f\u4ec0\u9ebc\u610f\u601d\uff1f<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u7cfb\u7d71\u7684\u7d44\u7e54\u65b9\u5f0f<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>EB\u985e\u5225\u5feb\u901f\u67e5\u627e\u8868<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u5c31\u696d\u985e\u5225\u6982\u89bd<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u9010\u6b65\u904e\u7a0b<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u6b77\u53f2\u3001\u6578\u64da\u4ee5\u53ca\u7576\u4e0b\u6b63\u5728\u767c\u751f\u7684\u4e8b\u60c5<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u5be6\u7528\u6280\u5de7\u548c\u5e38\u898b\u8aa4\u89e3<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"what-employment-based-immigration-means\">\u300c\u4ee5\u5c31\u696d\u70ba\u57fa\u790e\u7684\u79fb\u6c11\u300d\u662f\u4ec0\u9ebc\u610f\u601d\uff1f<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5728\u7f8e\u570b\u79fb\u6c11\u8853\u8a9e\u4e2d\uff0c\u300c\u57fa\u65bc\u5c31\u696d\u7684\u79fb\u6c11\u300d\u901a\u5e38\u6307\u7684\u662f&nbsp;<strong>\u6c38\u6046\u7684<\/strong>&nbsp;\u7372\u5f97\u7da0\u5361\u7684\u9014\u5f91&nbsp;<strong>\u57fa\u65bc\u5c31\u696d\u7684\u512a\u5148\u6b0a<\/strong>&nbsp;\u8a72\u7cfb\u7d71\uff08EB-1 \u81f3 EB-5\uff09\u3002\u9019\u4e9b\u8207&nbsp;<strong>\u81e8\u6642\uff08\u975e\u79fb\u6c11\uff09\u5de5\u4f5c\u7c3d\u8b49<\/strong>, \u9019\u4e9b\u7c3d\u8b49\u5141\u8a31\u6301\u6709\u8005\u5728\u7f8e\u570b\u77ed\u671f\u5de5\u4f5c\u3002\u8a31\u591a\u4eba\u6700\u521d\u4ee5\u81e8\u6642\u8eab\u5206\u7533\u8acb\uff0c\u4e4b\u5f8c\u518d\u7533\u8acb\u7da0\u5361\uff0c\u4f46EB\u512a\u5148\u985e\u5225\u662f\u300c\u57fa\u65bc\u5de5\u4f5c\u7684\u6c38\u4e45\u5c45\u7559\u6b0a\u300d\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u9014\u5f91\u3002.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u7576\u67d0\u4eba\u6210\u70ba\u5408\u6cd5\u6c38\u4e45\u5c45\u6c11\uff08LPR\uff09\u6642\uff0c\u4ed6\u5011\u53ef\u4ee5&nbsp;<strong>\u9577\u671f\u5c45\u4f4f\u548c\u5de5\u4f5c<\/strong>&nbsp;\u5728\u7f8e\u570b\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u4ed6\u5011\u7b26\u5408\u76f8\u95dc\u898f\u5b9a\uff0c\u4ee5\u5f8c\u53ef\u80fd\u6709\u8cc7\u683c\u900f\u904e\u5165\u7c4d\u7533\u8acb\u516c\u6c11\u8eab\u5206\u3002.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u898f\u5283\u7684\u95dc\u9375\u9ede\uff1a\u57fa\u65bc\u5c31\u696d\u7684\u512a\u5148\u5236\u5ea6\u662f&nbsp;<strong>\u6578\u91cf\u6709\u9650<\/strong>&nbsp;\u6bcf\u500b\u8ca1\u653f\u5e74\u5ea6\u3002\u5168\u7403\u6c34\u6e96\u70ba\u6bcf\u5e74\u201c\u81f3\u5c1114\u842c\u201d\uff0c\u7c3d\u8b49\u7c3d\u767c\u6578\u91cf\u70ba\u2026&nbsp;<strong>\u512a\u5148\u65e5\u671f\u547d\u4ee4<\/strong>&nbsp;\u4f9d\u6cd5\u5f8b\u898f\u5b9a\u7684\u512a\u5148\u5236\u5ea6\u898f\u5247\u3002.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"how-the-system-is-organized\">\u7cfb\u7d71\u7684\u7d44\u7e54\u65b9\u5f0f<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5c31\u696d\u79fb\u6c11\u6700\u597d\u5f9e\u4e09\u500b\u76f8\u4e92\u95dc\u806f\u7684\u90e8\u5206\u4f86\u7406\u89e3\uff1a&nbsp;<strong>\u985e\u5225<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>\u914d\u984d<\/strong>, \uff0c \u548c&nbsp;<strong>\u6a5f\u69cb<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"the-five-eb-categories\">\u4e94\u5927EB\u985e\u5225<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u8077\u696d\u79fb\u6c11\u512a\u5148\u5236\u5ea6\u5206\u70ba\u4e94\u985e\uff08EB-1\u81f3EB-5\uff09\u3002\u7f8e\u570b\u570b\u52d9\u9662\u5728\u5176\u79fb\u6c11\u7c3d\u8b49\u9801\u9762\u4e0a\u5c0d\u9019\u4e9b\u985e\u5225\u9032\u884c\u4e86\u6982\u8ff0\uff08\u4f7f\u7528\u201cE1\u2026E5\u201d\u8853\u8a9e\uff09\uff0c\u4e26\u89e3\u91cb\u4e86\u5178\u578b\u7684\u5148\u6c7a\u689d\u4ef6\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u4f55\u6642\u9700\u8981\u52de\u5de5\u8b49\u548c\u96c7\u4e3b\u7533\u8acb\u3002.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 2026\u8ca1\u5e74\u7684\u570b\u5225\u914d\u984d\u4e0a\u9650\u70ba\uff1a&nbsp;<strong>7%<\/strong>&nbsp;\u5e74\u5ea6\u5bb6\u5ead\u64d4\u4fdd\u79fb\u6c11\u548c\u8077\u696d\u79fb\u6c11\u512a\u5148\u9650\u984d\u7684\u7e3d\u548c\uff08\u986f\u793a\u70ba&nbsp;<strong>25,620<\/strong>&nbsp;\uff08\u898b\u7c3d\u8b49\u516c\u544a\uff09\u3002.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u7531\u65bc\u9019\u4e9b\u4e0a\u9650\uff0c\u67d0\u4e9b\u985e\u5225\uff08\u4ee5\u53ca\u67d0\u4e9b\u300c\u6536\u8cbb\u7bc4\u570d\u300d\uff09\u8b8a\u5f97&nbsp;<strong>\u8d85\u984d\u8a8d\u8cfc<\/strong>,
